Story
Hank Malone (Alan Ritchson) is a former Navy SEAL living in Australia,
trying to rebuild his life after a divorce and a year of sobriety . He works as
a "runner"—a courier who transports sensitive packages without asking
questions. When he's assigned to pick up a medical package at the airport, he
discovers it's a human liver desperately needed for a dying
seven-year-old girl's transplant at Gold Coast Children's Hospital .
The liver has a three-hour viability window,
and accompanying Hank is Ben Bishop (Owen Wilson), a fast-talking
medical courier whose job is to ensure the organ reaches the hospital safely .
Their simple delivery turns into a nightmare when Damián Zaldívar
(Rodrigo Santoro), a cartel member, learns about the liver. His own family
member needs the same rare blood type, and he's willing to kill to get it .
What follows is a relentless chase across
Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with Hank and Ben dodging ambushes, surviving car
chases, and fighting their way through attacks—all while racing against the
clock to save the little girl's life .
The film runs 97 minutes and ends with
the organ delivery, though a tragic plot element in the final act feels
